● Shop Drawings and Clash Detection (Converting the IFC drawing to construction shop of drawing by modeling the equipment as per the actual selection with all the assembly and fabrication information LOD 400).

● Schedule and Cost (Preparation of the detailed construction and commissioning schedules and continues monitoring of the schedule and the cost and modify it as per the actual status).

● As Built (Preparing the as built drawing as per the actual site condition in this stage BIM Pro can offer their survey services for generating accurate as built drawings LOD 500).

● 6D Facility Management (Enhancing the as built model by including the facility management required data such as operation parameters and asset information).
